All products on are in stock and available for order unless otherwise stated. Occasionally products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment, acceptance and availability.


We accept debit/credit card and paypal transactions.


We ship worldwide using a tracked/signed for service. All orders are processed for shipping within 3-5 business days of your purchase (with the exception of weekends & holidays), however if there are any urgent requirements please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. Shipping is free on orders over £120 to the U.K - this is automatically applied at the checkout. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. 


All cancellations must be requested via email only,,  within 24 hours in order to receive a refund. Please provide your name and order number in the subject box.


In case of exchange or refund, please contact us at, or through the contact form on the site - please provide both your name and order number. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.

Please note that :


• Returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense

• Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging and with tags within 14 days of receipt. Refunds requested outside of this timescale is down to the discretion of Killa Villa.

• We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble

• Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable


Please note, we do not offer free exchanges for overseas customers (outside of UK Mainland). If you want to exchange your item then please post back your order for a refund and place a new order


Step 1. Complete Your Returns Form (available via e-mail on

Complete your returns form, informing us of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason.

Step 2. Post Your Parcel

Take the parcel to your local courier and post back to our address (which you can find on the returns form) and retain the receipt as proof of postage. The receipt will include a tracking number which can be used to see the status of your parcel.
